Description / Review
Yoni was a side project or progenitor of Tim Hutton and Thomas Melchior’s Vulva project. Spacey, slightly abstracted House leaning Techno, introspective but aimed at the dancefloor nonetheless. Basically exactly my sweetspot. There’s so much space and melody, it’s dynamic in a way that keeps the tempo and interest flowing, small otherworldly noises warble and echo out like amphibic croaks. Pure cosmic travelling.
Notes
So far I’ve been able to grab ‘From the cockpit’, ‘Vulvic Yonification’ and ‘Doggy Bag’, eyes peeled for ‘Birdwatch’ and ‘Mini Space Vulvette’ .
